As long as your order hasn't shipped, reach out fast via [HQ@GENWUNNER.COM] and we'll fix it if we can.

> How do I wash my Regime gear?

Turn inside out. Cold water, delicate cycle. Air dry when possible ⚠ if not, low or no heat. Treat the uniform right.

> How long until my gear deploys?

We aim to ship within 2-weeks of your order. After a major drop, allow extra time ⚠ high volume on the front line. Shipped from RRR HQ in Los Angeles, CA.

> Is there a size chart?

If a size chart exists for an item, it'll be on that product's page.

> What does shipping cost?

Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your haul.

> Do items sell out?

Supplies are limited unless stated otherwise. When an operative's gear is gone, it's gone.

> Do you ship internationally?

Yes ⚠ the Regime deploys to: ALL REGIONS / However, due to tariffs and changing international shipping laws be prepared for delays or extra shipping costs on your items. We will be in touch should we reach any difficulties in getting your gear to you.
